Terms & Conditions

1. General

By accessing or using any service provided by BPO Industries Inc. (“BPO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all work performed, whether under contract, recurring service, or one-time engagement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

 
2. Scope of Services

BPO Industries provides commercial, industrial, and facility cleaning services across Canada and the United States. The scope, pricing, and schedule of services are defined in individual proposals or service agreements.
Any work requested beyond the approved scope will require separate authorization and may incur additional charges.

3. Contractors & Subcontractors

BPO Industries may engage qualified contractors or subcontractors to perform portions of the work. All subcontractors operate under the same safety, insurance, and compliance standards as BPO staff.
BPO remains fully accountable for the quality, safety, and execution of all contracted work.

4. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide safe and timely access to all service areas. Delayed or restricted access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
BPO adheres to strict occupational safety and site compliance protocols across all jurisdictions — including WSIB (Canada) and OSHA (U.S.) regulations.

5. Payments

Invoices are payable according to the terms outlined in the client agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon receipt.
Late payments may incur administrative or interest fees as permitted by law. BPO reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for overdue accounts.

6. Liability & Insurance

BPO Industries carries full commercial liability coverage and maintains active WSIB (Canada) and Workers’ Compensation (U.S.) compliance.
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, unsafe environments, or third-party interference. Our liability is limited to the total value of the service rendered.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a charge equal to one full service visit.

8. Privacy & Data

All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. BPO does not sell, rent, or disclose personal or corporate data except as required to deliver contracted services or comply with legal obligations.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal regulations, unless services are rendered in the United States — in which case, state and federal laws apply based on the location of service delivery.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the primary contract was executed.

10. Amendments

BPO Industries reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this website and take effect immediately upon posting.
