Our Story
BPO started as a residential and tenant-focused business, servicing Airbnbs and high-rise properties in Toronto’s downtown core. As we grew, so did our footprint—expanding across the city and beyond.
When COVID hit, we pivoted into commercial cleaning, helping businesses reopen safely. From offices to retail spaces, model homes to sales centres, our commitment to quality and reliability opened new doors in Janitorial and Facility Services.

Today, we manage over 92 sites on a monthly basis—but numbers are just the surface.
The truth is, this business was built the old-fashioned way: by showing up. Early mornings, weekends, holidays—it doesn’t matter. When things are smooth, we show up. When things get complicated, we still show up. And when life gets messy, we show up anyway.

That mindset lead us from newcomers to managing close to 100 sites commercial sites across Canada and the US.
It’s not always pretty. But it’s consistent. And it works.
